       1.Environmental inspection

  This preparatory work is mainly to check whether there are any obstacles affecting the travelling of the drilling rig within the designated drilling rig operating range, such as large pits, large mineral rocks, and so on. If there are, remove them immediately. When the width of the drilling rig road is less than 4m and the turning radius is less than 4.5m, it cannot be passed, and can only be walked after the road is repaired and widened.

  2.Electrical equipment inspection

  1) The carriage should be carefully checked whether the welded structure of the carriage is cracked, whether the support bar is damaged, and whether the bolts and wire ropes are extended or reported bad. Whether the upper and lower rod feeders are damaged, whether the bolts are loose, and whether the tensioning device has been tightened.

  2) Whether the screws of the rotary mechanism of the drilling operation part are loose, whether the lubrication is thoughtful, whether the gears are damaged, whether the front joint bolts and the bearing gland connected with the hollow spindle are loose, whether the dust removal part is clogged, and whether the electromagnetic brake of the electric winch is effective.

  3) Whether the belt, chain and track of the travelling part are properly tightened and loosened, whether the clutch is flexible, and whether the moving gears of the drilling rig lifting mechanism have been disengaged.

  4)Before the electrical part starts working, all electrical parts should be checked. If there are defects, they should be eliminated in time and the operating handle should be moved to the stop position. Short circuits and overloads in the electrical system are realised by air switches and fuses. If the short circuit and overload drop 1, stop the machine immediately for inspection and treatment.

  3.Drilling tool inspection

  The manufacturer of pneumatic water well drilling rig reminds you that before driving, you should carefully check whether the joints of the drill pipe are disengaged or cracked, whether the threads are slipped, whether the working parts are intact, whether the shell of the impactor is cracked or welded, and whether the alloy piece (or block) on the drill bit is desoldered, shattered, or pulled off. If problems are found, they should be dealt with in time.

  The high temperature of water well drilling rig is generally divided into gearbox high temperature, hydraulic oil high temperature and engine coolant high temperature. In fact, the reason for high gearbox temperature is still very simple. The main reason is that the size and shape of the bearings or gears and housings do not meet the standard or the oil is not qualified.

  Hydraulic oil temperature is too high. According to the hydraulic theory and the maintenance experience in recent years, the main reason for the high temperature of the hydraulic oil is the fast heat generation and slow heat dissipation. Hydraulic pump and hydraulic oil tank oil inlet pipeline is not sealed, oil filter element is not blocked, the hydraulic system pipeline is not unobstructed. The internal leakage of the hydraulic pump will cause the hydraulic oil to generate a large amount of heat, and the temperature of the hydraulic oil will rise rapidly due to overheating.

The internal passage of the hydraulic oil radiator is blocked, the dust outside the radiator is too large, and the airflow is insufficient, so the hydraulic oil can not pass through the hydraulic oil radiator, which may lead to slow heat dissipation and heating of the hydraulic oil.
