This morning, PT SMGP, a geothermal project company invested by Kaishan Group in Mandailing Natal County, Sumatra, received a “Letter of Thanks to PT SMGP” signed by Pak Harris, Director of the Geothermal Division of the General Administration of Renewable and New Energy (EBTKE) of the Ministry of Energy and Mines of Indonesia. , the main purpose of the letter is to express gratitude to the SMGP company CDCR team for their great efforts in the community development plan of the Sorik Marapi-Roburan work area. The community development programs and assistance implemented by SMGP demonstrate the company’s commitment to providing other benefits in addition to the continued provision of electricity generated by geothermal developments to the communities where SMGP operates.
