For the bulk processing in the initial stage, the project department adopted methods such as manual drilling with hand-held drills, drilling with 281 vehicles, and then detonating and crushing. Because every time a large block of the mine outlet is made, work such as connecting and moving ventilation pipes, water pipes, cables, etc. will be carried out. However, there are many long lines at each operation point, and various pipelines and cables are moved around, which takes a lot of time, high labor intensity, and low efficiency. This original processing method does not match the large-scale mining production of Pulang; the project department Another way to deal with large pieces is to use a mobile crushing trolley for impact crushing, although it can also solve certain problems. However, because there are too many large blocks, especially when encountering super large blocks, the time to break a large block is also very long, which cannot meet the requirements of high-efficiency production.
Faced with such difficulties restricting the overall production, the Pulang project department actively designed scientific and feasible new processes without waiting or relying on them. Project manager Yang Junhua organized a research team and carefully conceived a design plan for a drilling trolley that does not require wind, water, or electricity and can move quickly. After a full demonstration with the company’s material management center and equipment management center experts, and the strong support of the relevant leaders of the joint-stock company and the southern branch, at the same time invited a number of well-known domestic Tunnel Jumbo Drill Rig manufacturers to the site for technical exchanges. Through comparison, The company chose Zhejiang Kaishan Heavy Industry Group to jointly develop a newly designed internal combustion Tunnel Jumbo Drill Rig with the main function of handling large blocks, using diesel engines as the power source for all mechanisms, and abandoning the traditional dual-power mode of international Tunnel Jumbo Drill Rigs (that is, walking is driven by diesel engines. The driving and working mechanisms are driven by motors), the chassis design has its own water tank and working water pump, so that the “tail” of external wind, water and electricity that must be equipped with traditional trolleys is removed in the overall design, and it can work freely; It also gets rid of various conditions and restrictions of the previous pneumatic drilling rigs and electric rock drilling rigs, and the flexibility is greatly improved. At the same time, in the design of the propelling beam, according to the distribution of large pieces at the mine outlet, a special short beam and a special drill pipe are designed in a targeted manner, which greatly improves the practicability of the Tunnel Jumbo Drill Rig.
Since the equipment was put into use and tested, technicians from the project department and service engineers from the manufacturer went to the site day and night to debug and track the equipment. After a period of testing, the overall condition of the equipment is good. The successful application of this equipment has the following advantages: first, the processing capacity of large blocks can reach more than 1,000 pieces per day, which is greatly improved compared with the previous old method; second, the production cost of processing large blocks is greatly reduced; third, it solves the problem of The safety risk and processing speed of the low-position large-block grab bucket in the mine outlet are improved; the fourth is that the labor productivity has been improved, and the labor intensity of workers has been greatly reduced. More importantly, due to the timely handling of large blocks and the accelerated cleaning speed, the ground pressure caused by the accumulation of large blocks has been effectively solved, and the “intestinal obstruction” has been eliminated for the implementation of the natural caving method. The “ice-breaking move” to create the first domestic and world-leading annual mining target is of great significance. It has high promotion value in domestic high-yield mining production.
