●Magnetic bearing and its control technology
Magnetic bearings use controllable electromagnetic force to stably suspend the rotor in the air. During the rotation process, there is no mechanical contact between the rotor and the stator, so there is no need for lubrication, no wear, no transmission loss, and the bearing life is close to semi-permanent. It is the best solution for high-speed rotating mechanical bearings. Kaishan magnetic bearings are a brand-new product developed by several experts through nearly 10 years of hard work, with complete independent intellectual property rights.
The magnetic bearing controller consists of a high-precision displacement sensor, a power amplifier, an axis trajectory controller, and an actuator. Based on the axis displacement signal detected by the sensor, the controller adjusts the control current of the magnetic bearing at a speed of tens of thousands of times per minute to accurately control the electromagnetic force.

●High efficiency centrifugal host technology
It adopts a semi-open three-dimensional flow back-bend design, uses high-strength aviation aluminum alloy/titanium alloy materials, is integrally milled by a five-axis center, and has undergone a 115% overspeed test, making it safer and more reliable. It has the characteristics of high strength and good corrosion resistance.
Vane diffuser and logarithmic spiral volute are used to reduce flow loss and noise.

●High-speed permanent magnet motor technology
High-speed permanent magnet synchronous motors have the characteristics of small size, light weight, high power density, high efficiency, low noise, etc., and can achieve stepless speed control. Kaishan high-speed permanent magnet synchronous motors fully match the impeller high efficiency point to design the motor rated speed, further improving the efficiency of the whole machine. The current maximum speed of the motor can reach 58000rpm.

●High frequency vector inverter technology
The custom-developed high-performance inverter for high-speed permanent magnet motor control has excellent control performance and reliability beyond similar products, and is also capable of adapting to harsh power grids, temperatures, humidity and dust. Through the overall design of PWM control technology and electromagnetic compatibility, it meets the environmental protection requirements of low noise and low electromagnetic interference in customer application sites.

●Intelligent control technology of the whole machine
The operation and control of the whole equipment is composed of an intelligent monitoring and control system consisting of a logic controller, an HMI touch screen, and various high-performance sensors. It realizes a series of automated functions from startup diagnosis, readiness, component detection, machine operation, abnormal alarm and processing, and has an intelligent and excellent human-machine interface. Users only need to make simple operations on the touch screen to complete the adjustment of the magnetic bearing control parameters and the operation mode suitable for the customer's process requirements. The whole machine operation modes include constant pressure, constant flow, constant power, and constant speed for customers to choose.
