1. The JY series fully hydraulic core drilling rig is a new type of drilling rig developed by our company based on the advanced technology of similar drilling rigs at home and abroad. It is mainly suitable for drilling solid ore deposits, and can also be used for engineering geology, shallow oil, natural gas, groundwater drilling, tunnel ventilation, drainage and dam grouting and other engineering drilling.
2. The drilling rig adopts full hydraulic drive, the power head rotation is driven by axial piston pump and oblique axis piston motor, mechanical two-speed plus stepless speed regulation, and advanced structure. The power head adopts the cylinder chain speed feed mechanism, the movement is stable and reliable, with the power head lateral translation mechanism, the mast adopts the cylinder lifting and lowering to slide as a whole, and can construct drilling within the range of 0-90°. The hydraulic system adopts load-sensitive control, with high working efficiency and large torque.
3. The drilling rig is equipped with hydraulic Trojan clamps, hydraulic leveling legs, retractable masts and other devices to facilitate the rapid positioning of the drilling rig. Equipped with wireless remote control crawler, it is suitable for various terrains, and the crawling of the drilling rig is controlled within a safe distance to prevent sudden dangers.
